How to Add Mayhem to Your Home
If you're anything like me, you dream of what life would be life with your future Whippet puppy. While Canada has several wonderful breeders, it's always best to find the one who will tell you everything about the breed that will make you crazy. That innocent face rarely shows remorse.
Throughout its life, your Whippet will entertain you with its playful nature, but will first enter your home as less than ten pounds of total mayhem. A well-respected longtime breeder once said, "A Whippet puppy is like having a loose squirrel in your house." It is an apt warning.

What to Know About My Process
I take placing my puppies very seriously. My goal is to find the only home a puppy will every know. However, if for any reason someone cannot keep their WhistleStop puppy, I will take it back for any reason at any point in its life.
Please note, that I will not sell to a home without a fenced yard. Tie-outs and invisible fences are dangerous for any dog, but especially for a breed that can reach speeds of up to 50km/hr in seconds. As you will see if you visit my property, a four foot fence is acceptable, as long as the dog is supervised.
Whippets Across Canada
I'm located in Nova Scotia in a town 80 minutes from the Halifax airport. I will consider shipping your puppy to you if you live out of province, but require references for homes with no Whippet or sighthound experience.
